The birthplace of the Barba family was Santa Monica California, the United States of America on November 26 the 26th of November, 1986. She is the daughter of her father Vincenzo Barba and her mother Valerie Barba. Her family and she moved from New Jersey's Point Pleasant to Jersey at the age of 6. As for her education she attended Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. After that, she went to Catholic University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in architecture. As a violinist from the age of 4, Violingirl was her nickname. A result of her musical performances, she became known as Violin Girl. She also taught children from the locality how to play the violin. She performed Free throughout 1976 when she made her audition to America Idol's 6th season, at the age of 19. The singer was subsequently eliminated the show after she finished 16th place. In addition, she has performed other songs like "The Christmas Song" (2009) as well as Out for Blood (2010). She has also appeared on the shows of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba became famous as an American when she competed on American Idol's 6th season.
